5 Workouts That Burn belly fat Within A Month!

Let us have a look at simple 5 yoga poses to burn fat faster.

1. Warrior Pose 1

Follow the pose given in the image by keeping your left leg at 90 degrees, stretching your hands above in a line iwth your shoulders and breathe out. Follow 10 times each side.

2. Warrior Pose 2

This pose is similar to the warrior 1 pose. Stretch your hands forward to the maximum length you can, instead of upwards and turn your head to the left foot as shown. Follow 10 times each side.

3. Chair Pose

Follow the position as given in the image holding 3 to 6 breaths. Repeat 8-10 times. This position stregthens the spine and pulls the thighs, abs and buttocks.

4. Bow Pose

This pose improves digestion, tightens the abdominal muscles and energises the body.

5. Pontoon Posture

Follow this pose to engage the back and leg muscles which helps the body in loosing belly fat.
