Pregnant women should first consult a gynecologist before taking any pills or tablets. Taking unprescribed pills can badly affect your foetus.
8. Working without a Gap:
It is very important for pregnant working women to take a break and rest their body for at least 10-15 minutes after every 2 hours. It is good for both the mother and the baby’s health.
